Founder & CEO
Leads the board in governance and oversight. Sets the agenda for board meetings, facilitates discussions, and ensures every decision honors our mission to serve veterans and their families.
Vice President
Supports the President and steps in to lead meetings. Takes on special projects focusing on strategic planning and board development.
Executive Director
Manages day-to-day operations, implements policies, and drives strategic direction. Ensures compliance with legal and financial regulations.
Treasurer
Oversees financial health. Reviews budgets, financial reports, and audits, and ensures funds are used effectively for our veterans.
Fundraising Chair
Leads efforts to secure funding. Develops strategies, oversees donor relations, and coordinates fundraising events and campaigns.
Secretary
Maintains accurate records of board meetings including minutes, attendance, and votes. Ensures compliance with legal requirements.
Program Development Chair
Focuses on the content and effectiveness of our veteran programs and services. Works with community partners to enhance what we offer.
Community Outreach Chair
Builds and maintains relationships with community stakeholders including veteran facilities, agencies, and local businesses.
Governance Chair
Focuses on board member recruitment, training, and evaluation. Reviews and updates bylaws and governance policies.
Veteran Representative
Brings the voice and lived experience of veterans to the board, guiding programs so they meet real needs.
Multimedia Director
Leads photography, video, and storytelling that share our mission and honor those we serve.
Advisory Board
Provides guidance and counsel to the board on strategy and community impact.
